Food Providers

Work with the Food Coordinator to provide food for a giving circle meeting. You can donate funds or you can provide food.

Option 1: Donate funds:

• When contacted by the Food Coordinator, let them know if you want to make a single contribution or if you want to be “on call” when catering is needed

Option 2: Provide food:

• Prepare light food for approximately 200 people

• Bring all supplies for buffet service

• Set up by 6pm on the night of the giving circle

• Contact the Food Coordinator if there is any help needed

Provide Flowers

• Provide simple flowers and bud vases for tables (about 22) for a giving circle meeting

• Provide three bouquets to give to non-profit presenters

• Deliver flowers and vases by 5:30pm the day of the giving circle event. Set up can be done at noon or at 5:30pm

• Optional: Provide table décor to accompany the flowers

Thank You Calls Team Member

• After each event, you will receive a list of members who made a donation

• You will also receive a script with key points to communicate

• Call the donors on your list to thank them for their participation and donation

  • If you receive feedback, make a note of it and email it to the core team

  • If the call goes to voice mail, simply leave a message using the script

Greeter

• Arrive by 5:45 the night of a giving circle meeting

• Greet members and guests at the door

• Hand out ballots and raffle tickets

Giving Circle Meeting Set-Up Team Member

• Arrive at noon the day of a giving circle meeting (done before 1pm)

• Set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations

• Men are welcome and encouraged! This is manual labor.
